Marius Fröhlich and Thomas Weegen have been working together since October 1st, 2023.

Marius Fröhlich joined the board of management of Coverdale Team Management Deutschland GmbH on October 1st, 2023.

jointly manage the successful consulting and training company from now on until the end of June 2024. Thomas Weegen will then retire from the management board after 33 years and will continue to work as a consultant, trainer and coach at Coverdale Germany.

Marius Fröhlich recalls his first encounter with Coverdale: “I was very fascinated by the attitude, passion and working methods of the trainers in their interactions with people during the trainings.
