After studying Archaeology and European History, Birgit Fischer-Sitzwohl gathered experience in various positions. She started her career as a tour leader in China, South East Arabia, North Africa, and Europe. The professional business career she started as press spokeswoman in an Austrian publishing house One year later she became marketing director in the same company. In the following eight years she has worked in similar positions of other European publishing houses. Birgit Fischer-Sitzwohl joined Coverdale as Trainer and Consultant in 2001. Since 2003 she has been member of the Austrian Management Team. Her main working focus is on difficult situations in cooperation (e.g. conflict management and mediation), change management, international leadership development and coaching.
